1. What We Collect

We collect the following data to run the service:

• Email address (for account creation and login)
• License key status (active / inactive)
• Your trade logs, journal entries, psychology checklists, and notes — stored securely in Supabase
• Payment information (processed securely by Whop — we never see your card details)

2. What We Will NEVER Do With Your Data

Your data is yours. We will never:

• Share your data with any third party
• Sell your data under any circumstances
• Publish or expose your trade logs, journal entries, or checklists
• Use your trading data for advertising or profiling

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Authenticate your account across the desktop app and web app
• Store and sync your trade logs, journal entries, and checklists via Supabase
• Verify your license key status
• Send important account-related emails (no marketing spam)

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — secure authentication, license key storage, and trade data storage for both the desktop app and web app
• Whop — payment processing and subscription management. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time directly through your Whop account at whop.com

5. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all your trade data directly from your Account page at any time — no need to contact us. If you also want to delete your account entirely, you can do that from the same page. For any other data-related requests, reach us at taky.tradingjournal@gmail.com.
