Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Psychological Trading Journal — including the desktop app and the web app ("the App") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

_Taky_ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal trading purposes only. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the App.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features require a paid subscription and apply to both the desktop app and the web app. Subscriptions are billed through Whop. By subscribing you agree to Whop's payment terms. The 14-day free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can unsubscribe at any time through your Whop account at whop.com.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Use the App to build a competing product
• Attempt to bypass or hack the license validation system

5. Data & Privacy

Your trade logs, journal entries, and psychology checklists are stored securely in Supabase, accessible through both the desktop app and the web app. Your data will never be shared, sold, or published. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided for journaling and self-analysis purposes only. _Taky_ is not responsible for any trading losses, financial decisions, or outcomes based on information within the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
